Kitchen Faucets Single Hole
How do I fix a broken water line?
There is a white plastic line that runs from the Faucet to the sprayer thingy under my kitchen sink. It looks like a mouse or something chewed it up and there is a hole now. How can I repair this without calling a plumber? Single Mom here and I don’t have the money to call a plumber. Was thinking of using duct tape, but am not sure this will work. It only has to hold a month or so. And calling the landlord isn’t an option either. They haven’t fixed anything since I moved in, so I’m sure they won’t fix this either.
1 You could cut out the bad part and splice it using a plastic water line splice and two hose clamps, but if it is close to the sprayer then this would not work.
#2 Buy a sprayer and hose kit. Unscrew the hose and replace. You may need a basin wrench to do this.
