Copper sinks in the kitchen?
I'm about to build a new home and want a copper sink in the kitchen, but question their sustainability. Not I want a product that will not last forever. I am also concerned because many websites say you do not absorb food dishes that are based on acids them. For tomatoes, for example? Has anyone had experience with this? Do not want to use steel, because we will use the bronzeish / touch me brown and stainless steel fighting. I am personally committed to the durability of stainless steel (and price).
