please help my kitchen sink is turning white?

i have a black astra cast sink which i only bought in feb this year but the problem is its going white what can i do to restore it and why is it going like that. pleaze help me

Fill it up with 2/3′s warm water and 1/3 white vinegar. Let it in there a couple of hours.
